Shawn has been taking care of my IT issues with my computer and my iPads for the past three years. Most recently he was able to get my iPad working again after my grandchildren got hold of it and everything crashed. Shawn worked very diligently and managed to get everything back in working order. He always explains everything to me in a clear and concise manner, always ensuring I understand what he did and how to avoid a repeat situation. Thank you, Shawn for being so dependable and dedicated.
